Trauma's impact is not isolated to the individual; it resonates throughout families, workplaces, friendships, and interpersonal relationships. When left untreated, trauma will wreak havoc on one's life. By addressing this underlying, and often neglected, condition it allows for true healing to occur.
Dating can feel daunting, discouraging and dispairing. However, with the right insight and openness to understand your personal attachment patterns, you can take back ownership of your life and capacity to love. By learning how to love oneself, you can heal your pain and learn how to love from a place of authenticity and vulnerability.
By alleviating the pain and shame associated with trauma, individuals can analyze their experiences and gain insight into their unique goals and abilities. Through the lens of strength-based collaboration, clients are able to reclaim a life of wellness, purpose and spacious presence.
Individuals experiencing trauma are not "broken" and don't require "repair." My approach emphasizes providing the tools and guidance necessary for individuals to heal.
